Data may be communicated exclusively to public and private entities that will promote calls for innovation needs within the portal. Processing related to the web services of this site takes place in hosting and is handled only by technical staff of the Emblema Foundation, Third Sector Entity, or by technical maintenance staff, according to the directives of the Foundation, which remains responsible for it. In any case, the Emblema Foundation - as external data controller - has effective measures, suitable to guarantee their security within the information system.

Having given their consent to the collection and processing of personal data, the user may assert their rights at any time, requesting confirmation of the existence or non-existence of the data, verifying their accuracy or requesting their integration or updating or rectification.
